Permanent night shift pattern – 4 days on / 4 days off, 19:00 – 07:00

Maintain and repair commercial vehicles to manufacturer and VOSA standards
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Conduct scheduled inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT testing
Ensure vehicle availability aligns with operational schedules
Promote and uphold health and safety standards within the workshop as a HGV Technician
Maintain a clean and organised work-space, audit-ready at all times
Support continuous improvement within the Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU)
Flexibly work across various VMU tasks as requiredRequirements of a HGV Technician :
Proven experience in LGV fleet maintenance within a commercial environment
City & Guilds LGV qualifications or equivalent in LGV Vehicle Crafts
Strong organisational and teamworking skills
Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
