Work Schedule: Mon - Fri days OR Nights Mon-Thu / Tue-Fri available

We are currently seeking a dedicated HGV Technician / Mechanic to perform essential maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles. This HGV Technician role is vital for ensuring vehicle reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

As an HGV Technician, conduct routine maintenance and repairs in line with VOSA standards on units and trailers
The HGV Technician will perform diagnostics and defect rectifications.
Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections is a key duty for the HGV Technician.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and inventory, a responsibility of the HGV Technician.
Will involve working on double decks therefore knowledge of double/moving decks will be required
Vehicle inspections
Vehicle diagnostics and mot preparation
