Salary: £23.69 - £25.69 per hour
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Full-Time, Permanent)
Shift Pattern: 3-week rota of early and late shifts
The Pay Rates (Earn More on Weekends):
Weekdays: £23.69 per hour
Saturdays: £24.69 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the HGV Technician / PSV Technician
As the Lead Shift Mechanic, you will lead by example on the workshop floor:
Troubleshoot complex faults, carrying out vehicle repairs, major servicing, and parts replacement.
Act as the main supervisor on late shifts, taking responsibility for workflow and signing off completed work.
Perform routine safety examinations using modern handheld data-capture devices.
Attend on-road vehicle breakdowns/recoveries and carry out vehicle road testing where necessary to verify defects.
What You’ll Need as HGV Technician / PSV Technician
Minimum NVQ / SVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Prior supervisory or chargehand experience is beneficial, but we welcome applications from highly skilled Level 3 technicians looking to take their first step up.
