Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician or Fleet Technician to join a busy fleet workshop in Heathrow. Applicants must have at least one year's experience as a Vehicle Technician, hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) and possess a valid driving licence. Experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicles, including Transits and Sprinters, is advantageous.

Salary: £56,000 per annum
Hours: Split Shifts – 6:00am–3:00pm / 1:00pm–10:00pm

HGV Technician Role
Service, maintain and repair commercial and fleet vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Carry out repairs to engines, transmissions, brakes and suspension
Complete routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance
Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve faults
Maintain accurate repair records and workshop documentation
Ensure all work meets workshop quality and safety standards
HGV Technician Requirements
Minimum one year's experience as an HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician or Vehicle Technician
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ or equivalent)
Strong mechanical servicing, maintenance and repair skills
Experience using diagnostic equipment and software
Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
Valid driving licence
Strong communication skills
