Description:
HGV Technician – RugbyWe are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, Heavy Vehicle Technician or Truck Technician to join a busy fleet workshop in Rugby. Applicants must have previous vehicle technician experience, hold a relevant Level 3 qualification, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Rugby
Salary: £44,000 – £46,000 basic DOE + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible) | 42.5 hours per week
Overtime: Available at 1.25x hourly rate

Service, maintain and repair commercial vehicles, trucks and vans
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Repair engine, transmission, braking and suspension systems
Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify faults
Carry out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete accurate job cards and repair records
Maintain high workshop, quality and Health & Safety standardsHGV Technician Requirements
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
Ability to use vehicle diagnostic equipment and software
Full UK Driving Licence
