We are currently recruiting for the position of Night Shift HGV Technician on behalf of a leading UK automotive dealer group. Our client requires a skilled and experienced Night Shift HGV Technician to join their state-of-the-art commercial vehicle dealership located in Andover, Hampshire. 45-hour week with late shift patterns from 10:00pm to 7:30am, Monday to FridayDuties of a Night Shift HGV Technician:

Conducting servicing and maintenance of various HGVs across the client's fleet
Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults and executing repairs
Performing warranty-approved work following brand specifications
Carrying out Department of Transport (MOT) testing where qualified
Completing electronic job cards and write-ups via franchise platforms
Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
Providing support and guidance to Apprentice Technicians as requiredRequirements of a Night Shift HGV Technician:

Qualification to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Several years of relevant experience beyond qualification preferred
Strong commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Capable of producing accurate work in a busy workshop setting
