HGV Mechanic 
Our client in the Logistics industry are looking for an additional HGV Mechanic to help manage repairs and services to their large fleet of heavy goods vehicles. You will take responsibility for repairs, diagnostics, maintenance and enhancements for a large group of vehicles, keeping them in line with health and safety measures. 
The role will involve working night shifts. 

The role and responsibilities:
- Maintenance of company HGVs, keeping to time deadlines where applicable. 
- Assisting with breakdowns and reactive works, within given time frames. Completing repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines. 
- Diagnostic work - as a HGV Mechanic you will be expected to accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical faults. 
- You will document any work completed on each vehicle.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a HGV Mechanic / Technician role, in a fast-paced company. 
- The HGV Mechanic will need to hold at least and NVQ Level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance or equivalent. CPC desirable. 
- Flexibility in regards to shift patterns - you will need to work night shifts.
