HGV Class 1 Driver / Yard Person
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: £30000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver / Yard Person to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership with multiple depots across the UK.

The Role – HGV Class 1 Driver / Yard Person Key responsibilities will include:
Organising and controlling vehicle movements within the yard
Presenting vehicles for MOT
Collection and delivery of trailers
Cleaning and preparing vehicles
Maintaining general workshop and yard housekeeping
Assisting with other ad hoc yard and depot duties
HGV Class 1 Driver / Yard Person Requirements
Previous experience working as an HGV Driver/ Yard Person
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence – essential
Ideally hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Must have own tools
Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
