Job description
Due to contiued growth my client have an exciting opportunity to join them at their main site in Greater Manchester.
Role Outline:
To assess all drivers and using a Drivers Scorecard and then use this as the base line for an improvement in the drivers score.
Success in the role will be measured by:
Improvement in MPG
Reduction in accidentsReporting to the Transport Manager, the role’s duties and responsibilities include:
Involvement in co-ordinating & managing CPC training
Carry out Risk assessments (both on site and off site)
Involvement in accident/incident investigation
Collate /manage driver performance stats
Support/work alongside Transport Manager And H&S manager in improving driving & H&S standards/performance.
Experience/Skills:
Ideally DSA accredited
2+ years Driver Training experience
C+E License required
Able to work on both own initiative and as part of a team
Must be keen
