Description:
Our client based in Kingswood is looking for Class II and I HGV drivers for multidrop delivery. Work is available on nights and days for Cat C drivers. It involves a good amount of manual handling with cages, so need to be physically fit to do the role. Nights start between 22:00 and 00:00 Mon till Friday and days around 06:00.
Class I work also available (trunking mainly) starting between 0500 and 0600 Monday till Friday.
We can only accept experienced drivers for this role (over 2 years of holding HGV category and 180 days behind the wheel ideally).
Class II days - £15 per hour
Class II nights - £17 per hour
Class I nights - £17 per hour
Our ideal driver will:
- have at least 2 years of holding C or CE licence
- have no more than 6 points (depending on code)
- be happy to do manual handling with cages, heavy lifting, etc.
- will have good knowledge of tacho and driving regulations
