Class 2 Multidrop Home Delivery Drivers | Burton upon Trent DE14 3FN
HG Recruitment are recruiting experienced Class 2 drivers in Burton upon Trent.
RATES:
Days: £15.77 - £23.55 Rates are PAYE with accrued holiday pay
Nights: From £19.63 - £27.47 Rates are PAYE with accrued holiday pay
****Estimated weekly pay based on 55 hours £1135****
****Expected annual earnings £58,996******
DUTIES:
Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage.
Always provide excellent customer service and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
HGV Class 2 drivers must carry out multi-drop deliveries within the delivery window in a safe manner.
Deliveries are home deliveries so there will be some heavy lifting
You will be working alongside a porter as the deliveries will be a 2 man lift
Fixed shifts of Tuesday to Saturday
Be aware of any vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary
Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
Be a good timekeeper and be able to work unsupervised
Possess an Enthusiastic and reliable attitude towards delivering first class customer service
Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work

Requirements:
HGV Cat C Class 2 licence – minimum 6 months
Minimum 6 months multidrop experience
Digi Tacho & CPC cards
Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
Knowledge of driver regulations (WTD & Driver’s Hours)
Good national geographical awareness
Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering first class customer service
Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
