Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client to join their team in Bedford.
Job Role:
* Delivering beverages (kegs & cases)
* Multi-drop
* Drivers Mate
* Hard work - handball involved
* Monday-Friday
* Start time is 05:00 onwards
PAYE pay rates including the holiday pay:
* £16.75ph - Inclusive of holiday pay
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
* Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
* To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
* To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
Essential Skills:
* Good communication skills.
* Good customer relations.
* Have a safe driving record.
* Hold a valid HGV 2 / Cat C licence.
* No more than 6 minor penalty points.
* No DR’s, IN’s or DD’s offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
* Driver qualification (CPC) card.
* Digital tacho card
