About the Role: As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will play a vital role in our client\'s logistics operations. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods within the Gravesend area. You will operate a digital taco and hold a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). Key Responsibilities:

* Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle, complying with all relevant legislation and company policies

* Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or issues

* Load and unload goods, ensuring proper securement and adherence to weight limits

* Plan the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and delivery schedules

* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

* Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients and colleagues

* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle

* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

* Valid HGV Class 2 license

* Digital taco experience

* Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)

* Excellent driving skills and knowledge of driving regulations

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads

* Flexibility to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed
