HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver
Location: Peterborough
Temp to perm position.
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour + £25.00 Night Out Allowance
Tallgrass Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers on behalf of a leading client within the food production industry based in Peterborough
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation offering ongoing work and consistent shift patterns.
Available Shift Patterns
* 4 On / 4 Off
* 6 On / 3 Off
The Role
* Operating HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
* Transporting food produce nationwide
* Working with bulk tipper trailers
* Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
* Ensuring all transport documentation is completed accurately
* Maintaining compliance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
* Representing the client in a professional manner
Pay & Benefits

Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
* Valid CPC Qualification
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous Class 1 driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* Good understanding of drivers' hours legislation
