HGV Class 1 ADR Driver
ShiftHero Bradford & Halifax are currently looking for Class 1 ADR drivers to cover work in the Bradford area. Alongside this role, we also have temp2perm and permanent positions available for the right candidate looking for their next Class 1 ADR role.
Location - Bradford (BD)
Commutable from Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds
Pay - £17.93 (Holiday Inclusive) / £16.00 (Holiday Accrued)
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently operating a Class 1 vehicle.
* Transporting hazardous materials.
* Usually starting between 6am and 8am.
* Working to schedule and ensure the safe delivery of goods to various destinations across the UK.
* Effectively communicate with the transport office to ensure smooth delivery.
* Conduct daily vehicle walk around checks.
* No major licence endorsements (BA, CD, CU, DD, DR, IN, LC, MS, PL, UT, XX, TT, NE)
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
* Valid ADR qualification.
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* This client requires two years experience on a Class 1 vehicle.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
