Apex Resources is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Container Drivers (Category C+E) for ongoing work in Leeds and the surrounding areas, with immediate starts available!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Class 1 Container Driver, your duties will include:
* Driving Class 1 articulated HGV vehicles safely and responsibly.
* Transporting containers to and from designated locations.
* Completing collections and deliveries in line with schedules.
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
* Ensuring loads are handled safely and correctly.
* Complying with drivers’ hours, tachograph requirements and road transport regulations.
* Completing relevant paperwork accurately.
* Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with customers and site personnel.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 6 months’ Class 1 container driving experience.
* A valid Category C+E driving licence.
* A valid Driver CPC qualification.
* A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
* A good understanding of UK road transport regulations and drivers’ hours.
* A reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude.
* The ability to work independently and follow delivery instructions.
Please note: Previous container driving experience is essential for this position.
