HGV C+E Drivers
Location: Dartford AND Erith
Shifts: Any 5 out of 7 - Early Mornings, Afternoon and Night shifts.
Ability to work Thursday to Saturday minimum!
Pay rates:
£17.00 p/h - Standard Day (£19.00 including holidays)
£23.46 p/h - Overtime Day
£17.75 p/h - Standard Afternoon (£19.80 including holidays)
£24.21 p/h - Overtime Afternoon
£19.93 p/h - Standard Nights (£22.30 including holidays)
£26.39 p/h - Overtime Nights
Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with ASDA, a leading distribution company based in Dartford and in Erith. ASDA is a 24/7 Operating Logistic that can accomodate any individual based on their requirements, being it full time, part time, day shift, night shift, weekend or just odd days/nights.
We are looking for flexible drivers who can work minimum 5 out of 7 days week or part-time ad-hoc basis, covering their most busiest periods, depending on requirements.
Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver within
Duties include completing trunking positions between depots.
You will be required to complete runs on HGV 2 vehicles as well.
Deliveries will be consisting of cages and delivered to petrol stations.
There is a certain level of heavy lifting involved when doing deliveries.
Completing delivery notes.
Completing manual entries on the digital tacho card when swapping vehicles.
Be able to complete long runs and long hours (between 12 and 15 hours per shift)Class 1 Driver - About you:
HGV 1 C+E licence. Digital tacho & CPC card
Minimum 12 months experience
No more than 6 points. No DR, DD, CD, IN10's, or TT Endoresments
Be able to pass a theory and practical driving assessment
