Description:
We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Container Drivers for a leading logistics company at their site based in Widnes.
As part of the logistics Team, you will be responsible for completing HGV Class 1 Container work to Ports across the UK.
Hours & Pay
Monday - Friday
Tramping - 4 Nights Out Per Week
£15 PAYE or £16.81 including holiday pay
£18p/h Umbrella
Higher Rates for Weekend Overtime, between £17 - £22p/h Job Role:
Driving a HGV Class 1 Vehicle to complete container work across the UK
Moving Containers to and from ports across the UK
Making container deliveries to RDC's
Completing Vehicle checks and paperwork
Tramping - 4 Nights Out Per Week Skills & Experience
HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, CPC & Digi Card
12 months HGV Class 1 Driving Experience
Previous experience of container work is essential for this role and must also have an in date dock card
