Canterbury
Up to £45,000
Are you a Heritage Architect looking for an opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects? My client is seeking a talented Heritage Architect to join their growing team in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with strong design and technical skills to work across a variety of sectors, contributing to projects from concept through to completion within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Heritage Architect role:
Deliver projects across multiple RIBA stages from concept through to completion.
Produce high-quality design proposals, technical drawings and project documentation.
Work across a wide variety of sectors and project types.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and construction information.
Develop practical design solutions while maintaining design intent.
Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings as required.
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards.
Requirements for this Heritage Architect role:
ARB registered Architect with relevant UK practice experience.
Proven experience working on Heritage projects.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
Strong design and technical detailing skills.
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
Experience working across a variety of sectors is desirable.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Interested?
