Helpdesk/Service Desk Engineer - Up to £30k DOE

Are you an experienced IT Support/Helpdesk Engineer looking for your next position? Our client, a top-tier IT Managed Services provider, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves a huge range of technical exposure whilst taking that next step in your IT career. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and expertise in some of the following areas/technologies.

Skills required:

** Good personal presentation and communication skills

** Experience in desktop support -Windows/Mac

** Office 365 setup/administration

** Server-based - installation, configuration, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V

** Active Directory, group policies, Azure AD

** Network setup - Installation and configuration of network switches

** Firewall configuration

** Virtualisation experience with Hyper-V, VMware etc

** Switch configuration - VLANs, IP Routing, and more

** VOIP previous experience

** Wireless setup and troubleshooting

** Can demonstrate previous experience in problem-solving, customer services, and clear telephone skills

** 2-3 years of MSP Experience

Job Title: Helpdesk/Service Desk Engineer

Salary: GBP 28,000 - 30,000 DOE

Location: Office Based in Lancing (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm), hybrid capabilities once through the probation period.
