Helpdesk Coordinator – Clydebank

As Helpdesk Coordinator, you'll become the central point of contact between customers and the engineering workforce—allocating reactive and PPM work, managing diaries, coordinating subcontractors and making sure jobs are updated and closed out properly.
Be the person clients rely on – handle enquiries professionally and keep customers informed.
Keep engineers moving – allocate work, manage ETAs and coordinate the regional engineering team.
Stay in control – manage CAFM records, purchase orders, quotations, certification and job costing.
Work on meaningful contracts – support Project Managers delivering works across government estates.
You'll need facilities management helpdesk experience, excellent organisation and the confidence to communicate with everyone from engineers to senior clients.
