Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are proudly working once again with a successfully family run business within the Shropshire area for a Helpdesk Manager!
The ideal candidate will come from a similar industry and have experience of managing schedulers / helpdesk planners etc
The role will be focusing around managing a successful Maintenance helpdesk, managing KPI’s etc
Daily duties include
* Maintaining the Helpdesk on a daily basis as well as audits and reports,
* Managing KPI’s set for individual clients and being met
* Oversee inbox management to ensure targets are met
* Oversee planning to ensure cost effective and that engineers are all being assigned correctly
* Deal with escalations / complaints
* Carry out monthly 121’s, annual appraisals and performance with direct reports
* Be available for emergency escalations for the on-call team out of hours
* Populate and manage the on-call rota for admin staff and engineers
Experience within Management and Engineers are essential!
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8a, to 5pm
Salary is £35,000 to £38,000
