Description:

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone & email to assist with inquiries and issues
- Provisioning and managing orders for Broadband, Mobile & VOIP systems
- Keeping customers informed of the progress of their orders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
Candidate Attributes:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse information and solve problems efficiently
- Prior experience of working in telecommunications/internet/mobile highly advantageous but not essential
Hours – Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm with hybrid / flexible working options
Salary - £25-30k depending on experience + benefits
