Helpdesk Administrator
Coyle Personnel, one of the UK’s leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is currently seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to work near Stratford.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a team committed to delivering Hard Services Facilities Maintenance within an NHS Estate.
Role Summary:
As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for taking and responding to calls from various NHS Estate team members, whilst ensuring the engineering team conduct planned and reactive maintenance checks on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC plant and equipment. This role requires a 'can do' approach, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
* Take phone calls, ensuring details are fully noted
* Maintain CAFM system (concept)
* Issue scheduled planned preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the Company, following company and statutory procedures.
* Ensure risk assessments are available and ensure safe working practices with consideration for the environment and others' safety.
* Respond to reactive breakdowns phone calls and emails, ensuring correct member of staff is alerted
* Assist with locating replacement parts, obtain costs, and place orders through the company Buyer.
* Provide support to the Helpdesk Supervisor, Estate Managers and Supervisors as requested.
* Carry out general administration tasks, as required by site
Requirements:
* Good all round understanding of Microsoft packages
* Previous experience within a Hard Services Helpdesk role
* Experience of Concept CAFM system desirable, but not essential
* Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
