My client is a well-respected medium-sized construction contractor with well over a century of history. Their multi-disciplinary team covers building, heritage restoration and maintenance, education, health-care, and M&E. Due to internal promotion, they are now recruiting for a Help Desk Admin to support their Maintenance Team. As a Help Desk Admin, your primary duties will be to provide administrative support to the Contract Supervisor and schedule reactive and help desk call-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Help Desk support calls and schedule necessary reactive work/engineers.
Provide admin support to the Contract Supervisor/Manager as required.
Maintain the asset database and engineer call-out schedule.
Completion, management, and administration of all financial records including invoices, credits, interim's, final accounts, and VAT as per requirements for each project.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Minimum two year's experience in a similar role.
Experience working in the Facilities Maintenance sector (ideally).
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
PC literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Experience with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (ideally).
