Heating Engineer required to work for our client, a leading M&E services provider in Glasgow. Aspirare presents an exciting opportunity for a Heating Engineer to join our client, a leading M&E services provider in Glasgow. The Heating Engineer will be working with a highly skilled projects team on mechanical installations around the central belt.
The Heating Engineer will receive:
Competitive salary up to £39,000 per annum.
Regular overtime at an increased rate with earnings exceeding £45K per year.
Travel time paid at an increased rate after 30 minutes.
Company-provided vehicle, tools, and uniform.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Commercial projects across the central belt of Scotland.
Undertake installations in plantroom and boiler house, including installation of commercial heating, plumbing and chilled water systems.
Working to your own initiative and running jobs as part of a small team.
Pipefitting using brazed, soldered, welder, press fit and Victaulic fittings.
Role Requirements:
Qualified Pipefitter/Heating Engineer (Senior Craftsman Desirable)
Welding experience Arc & Gas.
ACS Gas safe credits/testing & purging advantageous.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a client facing role.
