Job Opportunity: Heating and Plumbing Engineer
Location: Falkirk
Overview:
Our client are one of Scotland’s leading heat pump installers, specialising in replacing existing heating systems with heat pumps. If you have experience in fitting radiators, heating systems, or cylinders, we want to hear from you. You will play a significant role in our business.
Job Responsibilities:
* Install air and ground source heat pumps, radiators, and cylinders.
* Follow schematic designs to set up efficient, reliable heating systems.
* Remove existing heating systems, including tanks and pipework.
* Install new radiators and valves with high-standard pipework and boxing.
* Perform power flushing and commissioning of new systems alongside the lead installer.
* Maintain current knowledge of applicable procedures and safety measures.
* Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
* Overcome technical challenges and work effectively as part of a team.
* Adhere to high Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring safety for yourself, customers, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or a similar qualification.
* Water Regulations Qualification.
* Recognised MCS heat pump qualification (not essential but desirable).
* Full driving license with no more than 6 points.
