Heating and Plumbing Engineer

We're a friendly and growing team, currently made up of four engineers on the road and two office staff.

We cover South Devon and carry out a wide range of plumbing, heating and renewable energy work.

We're looking for reliable, experienced engineers who can work independently, take pride in their workmanship and provide good customer service.

We're happy to be flexible on experience and qualifications for the right people. The main thing is finding two good engineers who will fit in well with our team.

Ideally, we're looking for two slightly different roles:

1. Plumbing & Heating Engineer (All-Rounder)

Someone confident with installations, general plumbing, heating maintenance, boiler servicing and repairs.

2. Service & Breakdown Engineer

Someone mainly focused on boiler servicing, breakdowns and fault-finding. Experience with gas fires would be a bonus, although we appreciate this is quite specialised and not essential.

Qualifications & Experience

We work with natural gas, LPG, oil and renewable heating systems.

- Gas Safe qualifications and experience are essential.
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- LPG, OFTEC/oil and heat pump experience would be an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence required.

We're flexible on additional qualifications and don't expect candidates to have experience in everything.

Working Hours & Benefits

- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch, 40-hour week).
- Salary of £35,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with flexibility to offer slightly more for exceptional candidates.
