Overview

​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Project Manager to join a highly reputable, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based on site in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, employee-owned Construction Consultancy delivering high quality services to valued clients across the Midlands, Yorkshire and North.

Our client are an award winning, regional Construction Consultancy of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who provide a variety of Project Management services within Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Education, Commercial and many more exciting sectors.

Born out of a desire to provide a high level of customer service to their clients and work in a collaborative culture, my client have found themselves in the enviable position where the majority of their work comes through repeat business.

Role

As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will be involved in working on one of the region’s most prestigious and long-term projects which includes managing the ongoing delivery for space-utilisation & RAAC programme of works.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Project Manager employed by an award winning Construction Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Project Management responsibilities across a Healthcare specific project consisting of extensions, refurbishments, fit outs etc. As Project Manager, your role will encompass:

* End to end project delivery

* Management of the procurement process

* Project Support

* Managing RAAC & CDM work packages

* Working closely with all clinical staff

* Liaising directly with the client and stakeholders

Person

Employed by an award-winning, national leading Construction Consultancy, the ideal Project Manager must be able to portray the following:

* Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of Project Management services

* Have experience delivering Healthcare projects (desirable)

* Have knowledge of CDM and other Health & Safety legislation

* Have the ability to communicate effectively

* Self-motivated induvial who enjoys a challenge

* Desire and motivation to succeed
