Healthcare Operations Manager

Description:

Salary £40k - £70k per annum

Ritehealthcare is seeking an Operations Manager for one of our domiciliary care clients in the Teesside area.

Main Duties

• Collaborate with other senior management to formulate strategies

• Design policies that align with overall strategies

• Implement efficient processes and standards

• Work with department teams to select, evaluate and approve opportunities for growth in the market

• Coordinate service regional operations and identify means to ensure customer and staff retention

• Oversee Registered Manager performance and reports, organise regular meetings and supervisions

• Ensure compliance with local and international legislations, eg, data protection

• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation

• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimise costs and benefits

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and stakeholders

• Recruit Registered Managers and strategise on management for each region

• Evaluate risks and lead quality assurance efforts

• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as Operation Manager of similar leadership role, in healthcare, within the Teesside area.

• Familiar with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, IT etc

• Good financial planning and analytical skills

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with implementing IT systems

• Full driving licence.

• Flexibility to be part of the on-call rota and available to attend to any emergencies that may arise.
