Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking to join a well-established and highly regarded residential care home in Broadstone? We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to become part of a friendly and supportive team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older people.

Surrounded by mature grounds in a quiet residential location, the home is conveniently situated close to a range of local amenities including shops, churches, GP surgeries, a library, and a post office. Excellent transport links are available, with regular bus services providing easy access to Poole and the surrounding areas.
Providing accommodation for up to 17 residents, the home offers a personalised approach to care, enabling staff to build meaningful relationships with residents and deliver truly person-centred support. The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist with daily living activities.
Encourage social interaction and participation in activities.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain accurate care records.
Help create a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for residents and visitors.
About You
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
