Your Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker, you will:

* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

* Support individuals with personal care and daily living activities.

* Assist with mobility using safe Moving & Handling techniques.

* Provide companionship and emotional support.

* Support with meals, hydration and daily routines.

* Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

* Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and health & safety procedures.

* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 6 months' UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant or Support Worker.

✔ Right to work in the UK

✔ Caring, reliable and professional approach.

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

✔ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred but not essential).

✔ Up-to-date mandatory training is desirable.

✔ PMVA training is an advantage but not essential.
