Brainkind Stagenhoe is looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our specialist neurological care team, supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. What you'll do
* Support service users with daily living activities and personal care.
* Help deliver rehabilitation programmes and care plans.
* Monitor and report changes in wellbeing to senior colleagues.
* Encourage independence, choice and participation.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care.
About you
✔ Previous care experience is desirable
✔ Comfortable providing personal care
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills
✔ Passion for supporting others and making a difference
