Description:
Personal Care and Hygiene: Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to maintain personal hygiene and comfort
* Daily Living Support: Helping patients with eating, mobility, transferring between beds or chairs, and other daily activities
* Monitoring Health: Taking and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and blood glucose levels, and reporting any changes to the nursing team
* Medical Assistance: Supporting nurses and doctors during procedures, changing dressings, preparing patients for therapy, and setting up medical equipment
