About the Role
An established and growing construction business is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and drive health, safety and wellbeing standards across a portfolio of high-profile projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive health and safety professional to influence company-wide best practice, ensure compliance, and support operational teams in delivering projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement health and safety strategies across multiple projects.
Conduct audits, inspections and site reviews.
Provide advice and support to operational and project teams.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver training and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
Produce and monitor health and safety KPIs. Requirements
Proven Health & Safety management experience within construction.
Strong background within main contracting or commercial fit-out environments.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent NEBOSH qualification).
Excellent knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
