What you will be doing as the Health & Safety Coordinator:
* Working collaboratively with all management and staff within the business to improve Health and Safety onsite.
* Implement new initiatives and ideas
* Carrying out all required training with staff.
* Responsible for 3 site locations.
* Working with managers on any areas of non-compliance.
* Updating and maintaining the H&S system.
* Translating technical language in a way that staff can understand.
* Reporting.
* Conducting audits.
* Investigating accidents.
Person Specification
* You will have a minimum of 2 years H&S experience.
* You MUST have a NEBOSH qualification.
* You will be personable, confident and have the ability to speak to and deal with people from all walks of life.
* You will be happy to offer ideas and initiatives to improve the H&S function.
* You must be happy to travel occasionally
