My client is one of the UK`s leading Contractors specialising in Aviation, Energy, Rail, RC Frame and Groundworks . Entering their 50th year of trading has enabled them to build a diverse and specialist field covering most of the UK. With that they have an opportunity for HSE Advisor to join their team in covering London and the home counties.
Ideally this would suit a freshly qualified advisor with 4-5 years’ experience who is look to broaden their skills with practical knowledge, joining an experienced and successful HSE Team and business that is growing year on year.

Tasks and responsibilities
As a HSE Advisor you will be trained to carry out the following tasks (tasks will vary depending on where you’re working):
* Advise and Enforce the Groups set standards and procedures
* Prepare for upcoming risks and plan opportunities
* Facilitating Risk Reviews
* Assist with Safe System of Work development
* Complete Health & Safety inspections & assist with onsite paperwork
* Developing H&S reports
* Engaging the workforce on H&S matters
* Carrying out stand downs and H&S campaigns
* Test and trial plant / equipment solutions
* Attending H&S expos
* Implementing innovation with the project teams
* Engaging in safety action groups
* Working with client counterparts to improve standards on site
* Assess and carry out skills and behavioural training
* Carrying out Internal H&S audits
* Support with external ISO audits
* Maintaining Continuous Professional Development

Schedule:
