Health & Safety Advisor – What You Will Be Doing: As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will:
Lead by example, ensuring all projects prioritize Health & Safety.
Advise management on safety, health, and welfare to ensure compliance with laws.
Monitor and improve site Health & Safety activities.
Develop and implement site-specific safety and quality control plans.
Produce Risk Assessments and ensure safe working methods.
Conduct Health & Safety inspections and audits, recommending actions.
Stay updated on legislative changes and report accordingly.
Report near misses and RIDDOR incidents promptly. Health & Safety Advisor – Key Accountabilities:
Exemplify Health & Safety best practices.
Ensure all projects meet high safety standards.
Provide expert safety advice to management.
Conduct thorough site inspections and audits.
Keep informed on and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
