Health & Safety Advisor Coventry -Midlands Region | Multi-Site Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading international manufacturing business supporting operations across the Midlands region. This is a highly visible, operational role focused on driving health & safety compliance, improving safety culture and supporting continuous improvement across multiple sites.
The successful Health & Safety Advisor will be conducting site audits int he field (M1 corridor), inspections and compliance checks across operational sites, whilst supporting and advising managers on H&S legislation and company standards.
Health & Safety Advisors will work independently to investigate incidents and carry out root cause analysis. Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety communications and promote behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Health & Safety Qualifications
* NEBOSH Certificate essential
* Previous experience within manufacturing, construction, logistics, industrial, or heavy operational environments
* Experience carrying out audits, inspections, and incident investigations
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
* Excellent communication and influencing skills Comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast-paced operational environment
