Key Responsibilities
Assisting service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with mobility and ensuring a safe environment.
Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing.
Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans.
Adhering to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.Essential Requirements
Must hold a valid Mandatory Care Training Certificate (or equivalent mandatory training in Health & Social Care).
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings if required.
