**The Role:**
As a Health and Social Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of our students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.

**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong subject knowledge in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
