Are you a talented and enthusiastic Health and Social Care Teacher?

Are you interested in teaching your subject within a diverse 11-18 secondary school?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a large secondary school in Middlesbrough to recruit for a full-time Health and Social Care teacher to start in June 2024. If successful, you will become part of a successful and welcoming team of teachers where you will be responsible for teaching Health and Social Care to students in KS3 and KS4.

Location: Middlesbrough

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (M1 – UPS3 dependant on experience)

Job Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons.
Cover a KS4 timetable.
Create a positive learning environment that promotes language skills development.
Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly and provide feedback.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in Health and Social Care or related field.
Experience teaching Health and Social Care to secondary school students.
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for MFL.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
