Are you a Health and Safety Trainer or similar with a background in Construction and Teaching looking a position at a well-established employee owned H&S company who are offering a hybrid position, further training and development as well as a company car and bonus?

This well-established company prides itself on being a reliable and trustworthy Health, Safety, Environmental and HR partner to a variety of businesses within Construction and Engineering industries across the country. They aim to ensure safety and legal compliance as well as environmental protection, and have 2 offices based in Bedford and London. Due to a coworker moving roles they are looking for a new Health and Safety Trainer to join their ranks and take the role forward.

In this autonomous role you will be tasked with providing in-house training at the Bedford and London offices using a variety of teaching methods where you will write and develop your own high-quality, specialist training courses and reports. Experience within the construction industry as well as a teaching qualification is essential as you will be providing training on topics such as Working at Height, Harnesses, Fire Marshal and more. You will work from home Monday - Friday with occasional site visits to the 2 offices, a company car / car allowance will be provided.

This varied role would suit a Health and Safety Trainer or similar with a background in Construction and Teaching who is looking for an autonomous position within an industry leading H&S company offering you the opportunity to design your own training programs as well as offering further personal training such as IOSH and CITB qualifications.

The Role:

Deliver in-house H&S training courses in the Bedford and London offices
Write and develop your own training courses and presentations to deliver on site
Use a range of teaching methods and utilise your construction knowledge to help educate
Monday - Friday Hybrid role with office visitationThe Person:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate
AET / PTTLS Teaching Qualification or similar
3+ years Construction Industry experience
