Location: London (with regular travel to operational sites)

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to lead and embed best practices across a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation. If you are a pragmatic and engaging safety professional with a proactive approach, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety strategy aligned with business growth and operational needs.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.
Promote a safety-first culture through effective training, engagement, and communication.
Collaborate with operational leaders to manage risks related to workplace transport, contractors, and lone working.What You'll Bring:
Relevant professional qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, with membership of IOSH preferred.
Desirable experience working within the waste, heavy manufacturing or a related heavy industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, with practical experience in risk management and incident investigation.
