Health and Safety Business Partner - Up to £43k + £7k Car Allowance - Cambridgeshire
Our client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Health and Safety Business Partner who has worked within the housing or the care sector.
In this role, you will take the lead in delivering top-tier health and safety advice to your designated region, overseeing audits of various sites within your area. Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting health and safety inspections at various sites within your allocated region
* Collaborating with Business Managers and staff to provide guidance and support.
* Working with the Health and Safety Training Team to ensure appropriate training is delivered.
* Reviewing accident incident reports and assisting with investigations.
* Developing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and supporting the development of health and safety documentation.
* Promoting and supporting health and safety representatives and forums.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role within housing or the social care sector.
* NEBOSH certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
* Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
* Ability to identify training needs and deliver specialist H&S training.
* Valid UK driving license.
