Description:
We are actively looking for a Health and Safety Business Partner to join a housing association in the Kidderminster area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive hybrid working, 5% car allowance, 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays, your birthday off, pension scheme, flexible working hours
As the Health and Safety Business Partner, you will be:
Leading the health and safety team with a strategic approach
Working alongside senior management to develop the health and safety programme
Developing the risk assessment programme
Supporting the health and safety team completing work across the housing stock
Qualifications / Experience:
Health and Safety background
Experience completing health and safety work within the construction industry
NEBOSH Level 3
Social housing / public sector experience is desirable
An in-depth understanding of health and safety procedures
