Health and Safety Business Partner
Based in East London
Permanent - £45-50K per annum
What You'll Do
Act as the lead Health & Safety contact across designated sites/projects.
Build relationships with senior and operational teams, providing practical advice and challenge.
Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across sites.
Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments, identifying and driving improvements.
Provide guidance on UK H&S legislation, policies and best practice.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Deliver H&S training, briefings and toolbox talks.
Monitor safety performance, trends and key risks.
Support contractor compliance, onboarding and competence checks.
Liaise with the HSE, Local Authorities and Fire & Rescue Services when required.
Support ISO 45001 and wider H&S management systems.
Skills & Experience
NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
Experience in H&S within property maintenance, construction or FM.
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Tech IOSH / Grad IOSH / CMIOSH desirable.
ISO 45001 experience desirable.
