Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their well-established team in Newcastle.

They have a healthy pipeline of work across the North East & Yorkshire, focusing on commercial refurbs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction refurbishment sector

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with site staff and implementing health & safety strategies

• Reviewing and maintaining systems for the company and recommending improvements

• Working alongside a close-knit team but also in a very autonomous role

• Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager • Assist with auditing and reviewing policies and procedures

• Monthly reporting Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Health & Safety role

Previous experience of working in the construction civil sector is essential as well as aFull UK drivers license

This is a Permanent position with travel around the North East and Yorkshire to various sites
