Description:
There are plenty of tractor-driving jobs out there. But what if you’re looking for something more?
A farming business where people actually matter. Where you’re respected for what you bring to the team. Where your experience and ideas are valued. And where the owners genuinely want someone to join them for the long term. Click to View:
We are working with a well-established, progressive and very well-equipped Suffolk arable farming business looking to appoint a Head Tractor Driver / Senior Arable Operator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced arable operator who loves the practical side of farming but is ready to take that next step in responsibility. You’ll work closely with the Farm Manager across a modern farming operation covering cultivations, drilling, crop establishment, spraying, harvest, grain operations and the wider management and care of an impressive machinery fleet.
Modern machinery. GPS and precision farming technology. All cereals harvested in-house. And importantly, the opportunity to become a trusted senior member of a small team where your contribution will genuinely be noticed.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Practical. Experienced. Reliable. Mechanically minded. Proud of their work. And looking for somewhere to build a long-term career.
If you’re currently working on a farm where you feel like just another employee, perhaps it’s time to look at something different. This isn’t simply another tractor-driving job.
It could be somewhere to build the next chapter of your career
