Join our team as we embark on an exciting journey to establish and lead our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 software engineering function! We're seeking a dynamic and committed individual to fill the role of Head of Technology.
As a key senior figure within our Directorate, you'll take charge of steering multiple cross-functional delivery teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of Microsoft D365 product development. Your responsibilities will span from conceptualization and design to delivery and ongoing operation, all aligned with our business objectives.
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you'll share accountability for driving overall business outcomes in your domain. This includes defining strategic objectives and key performance indicators (OKRs and KPIs) to ensure we meet and exceed our targets.

A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your vehicle are a must for this dynamic role. ????
